Does a user need HTML/CSS knowledge to create a UI in zimension?

I see that I can create a UI, but if I use CSS in it, then I can create something more effective. So, does this require it, as I don’t have that much knowledge, or can I use CSS? But can’t we create a UI without using CSS?
